Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), registered yoga teacher, and Reiki Master/Teacher offering support for individuals, couples, and groups. Rachael believes every individual is special and unique, and looks to support the entire person with a holistic and integrative approach incorporating mind, body, and spirit and utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities - including Internal Family Systems (IFS) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) - based on the needs of the individual.

Rachael also specializes in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for individuals and provides Preparation and Integration Support for those looking to incorporate ketamine into their treatment plan.

Rachael spent ten years in New York City working in media sales, business development, and marketing, before making the shift to a career path that was fully aligned with her heart. Rachael owns a private integrative coaching practice that incorporates breathwork, sound meditations, nature immersion, yoga, energy work, and plant medicine.

Rachael completed her master's degree in Holistic Mental Health Counseling at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI, has certifications in Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Recovery Yoga, and is in process of getting certified in EMDR.

When she is not practicing at Centered, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her dog, Luna, and working on her land project in Chester, CT The Grove
